Specifically, for AI-driven features, we process the screenshots or text data you explicitly choose to upload. This data is processed to provide immediate conversation insights, tone analysis, and AI coaching. We do not use this data to identify individual users personally.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Disclosure

In accordance with Apple's Privacy Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.2, we disclose the following regarding third-party AI services:

• Service Provider: We use Anthropic, PBC (Claude AI) as a primary third-party processor for AI analysis.
• Data Sent: Only the specific content (screenshots/text) you upload for analysis is transmitted. No personal identifiers (Name, Email, Device ID) are shared with the AI service.
• Equal Protection: We confirm that our third-party partner, Anthropic, provides an equal or greater level of data protection as described in this policy.
• Ephemeral Processing: Your data is processed ephemerally and is not used by Vayron Apps or its partners to train AI models.

Third-Party AI Service Disclosure:

MindSpill AI utilizes third-party AI processors (specifically Anthropic Claude API) to provide automated voice-to-text transcription, summaries, and action item structuring

• Audio metadata and text transcriptions are transmitted securely via encrypted SSL and are processed with strict zero-data-retention parameters
• TNo user data is shared with other third parties or utilized for training machine learning models.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your information, to the extent permitted by law, in the following situations:

• To comply with legal obligations;
• To protect the rights, property, and safety of Vayron Apps, the Application, or our users;
• To facilitate core transactions via the Apple App Store.

We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure data security. We utilize industry-standard encryption for data in transit to ensure your interactions with our AI features remain private and secure.
